Bachelor of
Business Administration Degree
The
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is designed to prepare graduates for
the dynamic world of business. The degree program provides students, through
the BBA core, the knowledge and skills necessary to work in the business arena.
The business major provides the specific skills to assist the graduate in
taking his/her first step toward achieving their career goals. Students will
develop an understanding of the global nature of business, develop a personal ethical
orientation, and acquire some of the key personal skills that are requisite for
success.
The
College of Business & Technology offers ten majors on the BBA Degree;
Accounting, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Hospitality
& Tourism Management, Information Systems, International Business,
Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. The business portion of a
BBA degree program consists of two parts: a “Core” and the major. Students must
apply to and be admitted to the BBA program. Many classes are restricted only
to students fully admitted to the program. See the NSU Catalog for more
details.
